Aly Blossom is a vice president in the special district group at Â鶹´«Ã½, specializing in special district and tax increment financings. She works with clients at all phases of the development cycle, ranging from early stage, non-rated transactions to investment grade refinancings.

Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, Blossom was an associate in the alternative investments & manager selection (AIMS) group at Goldman Sachs.

Blossom earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of California, Irvine and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Southern California.
