Audrey Bear is a managing director and member of the local government practice within the public finance group at Â鶹´«Ã½. She serves all types of municipal entities — including school districts, vocational-technical schools, townships and authorities — with borrowing for capital needs.

Bear began serving Pennsylvania municipal issuers in 2000 with Arthurs, Lestrange & Co. She continued with Ferris, Baker Watts Inc. and served with Robert W. Baird & Co. before joining Â鶹´«Ã½. She was employed as an elementary and special education teacher before entering the public finance industry.

Bear graduated cum laude from Shippensburg University with a bachelor’s degree and earned her Master of Business Administration degree with honors from Penn State University. She serves on the Â鶹´«Ã½ public finance advisory council and the board of the Pennsylvania chapter of Women in Public Finance. She holds Series 50, 52, 53 and 63 securities licenses.
