Austin Anderson is a director in the healthcare investment banking group at Â鶹´«Ã½. Anderson is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office, where he focuses on the medical technology sector. Anderson works with clients across a full range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A for private and public companies, corporate divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, follow-ons, strategic advisory, private debt & equity placement and convertible debt financing.

Prior to rejoining Â鶹´«Ã½, Anderson served as an associate at Mountaingate Capital. Anderson previously worked as a healthcare investment banking analyst at Â鶹´«Ã½.

Anderson received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Iowa State University.
