Bob Lauria
Bob Lauria is a managing director in the debt capital markets group at Â鶹´«Ã½ & Co. He is focused on executing financing transactions across all debt and structured products, including bank debt, subordinated debt, mezzanine debt, public and private high yield bonds.
Lauria joined Â鶹´«Ã½ from Cowen Group, Inc., where he was a director in the debt capital markets group. Before joining Cowen, he was a vice president at Moelis & Company and an associate at Lehman Brothers. Prior to Lehman, Lauria held various positions in the investment banking division of KeyBanc Capital Markets.
Lauria received a bachelor's degree in finance from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
