Bradley Wirt joined Â鶹´«Ã½ in 1996. As part of the senior living group at Â鶹´«Ã½, Wirt’s focus is in the area of senior living finance, including independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities for nonprofit and for-profit clients. He has expertise in affordable multifamily housing projects financed with private activity bonds and low-income housing tax credits. Wirt’s resume includes financing various projects using taxable and tax-exempt loan placements, long-term nonrated bonds and a variety of credit enhancement sources, such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD and bank letters of credit. He has 35 years of experience in senior living, housing and real estate finance.

Wirt holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University.
