Brandon Rice
Brandon Rice is co-head of healthcare investment banking at Â鶹´«Ã½. Rice was previously managing director in the healthcare investment banking group, focused on M&A advisory and capital markets transactions for disruptive medical technology companies. Rice has extensive experience in strategic and capital markets transactions, having executed over 30 M&A deals and more than 80 equity and debt offerings. He is based out of our New York office.
Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2023, Rice spent 17 years at Bank of America Securities, most recently as a managing director in their global healthcare investment banking group. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in 2006, prior to its merger with Bank of America Securities.
Rice is a graduate of the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business.
