Chad Schwarze is a managing director in the equity private placement group at Â鶹´«Ã½, located in Minneapolis. Since joining Â鶹´«Ã½, Schwarze has successfully raised billions in private capital for clients across all of the firm’s focus sectors.

Schwarze has nearly a decade of transaction experience at Â鶹´«Ã½, where he is responsible for advising companies on equity and equity-linked financing transactions across a wide-range of industries including technology, healthcare, clean tech / agriculture, financial services, energy, business services / industrials and consumer sectors.

Schwarze graduated with high distinction from the Carlson School of Management at The University of Minnesota with degrees in finance and mathematics.
