Cory Johnson is a director in the Â鶹´«Ã½ special district group and head of the quantitative team, based out of the firm's Denver office. Johnson leads the quantitative team for the special district group, overseeing the creation and development of financial models. Since joining Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2020, Johnson has participated in over $5 billion of transactions to raise capital for public infrastructure, deploying expertise across a range of fixed-income structures.

Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, he was a quantitative associate at D.A. Davidson. Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Mandarin Chinese from the University of Colorado Boulder. He later earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus of on real estate and finance, also from the University of Colorado.
