James Reilly is a managing director in the services & industrials investment banking group at Â鶹´«Ã½. Reilly is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office and co-leads investment banking coverage of the vehicle aftermarket.

Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, Reilly was a managing director at Lazard, focusing on the automotive aftermarket. He has over ten years of investment banking experience advising public and private companies as well as financial sponsors on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, growth capital raises and refinancing.

Reilly earned his bachelor’s degree in public policy from Hamilton College and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance and strategy from the University of Minnesota.
