James Williams is a managing director at Â鶹´«Ã½. He is responsible for trading new issue and secondary agency CMBS products, as well as facilitating balance sheet restructurings through client and dealer relationships. Before joining the Â鶹´«Ã½ fixed income trading team, Williams worked in the firm’s quantitative analysis group. Prior to that, he was part of the investment banking group with a focus on conversions. He joined the firm in 2005.

Williams holds a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Northeastern University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is on the board of directors of Kevinsfoundation.org, a non-profit that helps underprivileged children attend summer camps.
