Jimmy Chang is a director in the financial services group, focusing on diversified financial services. For more than 15 years, he has advised financial services clients and has executed on a variety of transactions and advisory engagements, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, takeover defense and valuation analysis.

Before joining Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2015, Chang was an investment banking associate at Lazard, covering middle market diversified financial services, including specialty finance, asset management, broker-dealers, financial technology, and insurance. Prior to that role, he was an investment banking associate at Freeman & Co. and Financial Technology Partners, boutique investment banks focused exclusively on financial services and financial technology, respectively. Chang has also served as a management consultant for Inductis advising credit card and insurance companies on strategic initiatives.

Chang holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Yale University.
