Joe Denham is a managing director in the Â鶹´«Ã½ restructuring group, TRS Advisors. Denham has more than 12 years of experience in providing financial advice to clients in corporate transactions and restructurings.

Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, Denham was a managing director and a member of the founding team of TRS Advisors who joined in 2018. Before that he was a member of the restructuring advisory business at Rothschild. Prior to joining Rothschild's restructuring practice in New York, he worked in M&A advisory with Rothschild London, and prior to that with Ernst and Young.

Denham holds a first class Master's Degree in economics from Edinburgh University and is a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland
