Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, Kolstoe was vice president of finance at Â鶹´«Ã½ Real Estate Group, a private real estate developer in Denver, Colorado, where he was responsible for the company’s finance, treasury, risk and investor relations functions. Prior to his time at Â鶹´«Ã½, Kolstoe served as the vice president of finance and corporate land manager at Century Communities, Inc. (NYSE:CCS), a top-10 national homebuilder based on Denver.

Kolstoe earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Denver.
