Katie Cooksey is a vice president in the special district group at Â鶹´«Ã½, specializing in special district financing. Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, Cooksey was a senior deals consultant at PwC specializing in capital markets and accounting advisory services, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, large-scale divestitures and initial public offerings.

Cooksey is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of William & Mary and a master’s degree in accounting from the College of William & Mary.
