Kevin Raesly is a director at Â鶹´«Ã½ focused on providing investment banking and M&A advisory services to consumer companies, with a focus on food, beverage, and nutritional supplements. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, Raesly worked at Demeter Group and North Point Advisors, where his responsibilities included M&A as well as providing strategic and financial advisory services to consumer companies. Raesly has more than twelve years of consumer transaction experience, having successfully executed numerous M&A and capital raise engagements.

Raesly graduated cum laude from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management, where he was also a member of the men’s varsity lacrosse team.
