Matt Roghair is a managing director at Â鶹´«Ã½ focused on providing investment banking and M&A advisory services to consumer companies. His transaction experience includes equity and convertible debt offerings for public and private companies and M&A.

Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, Roghair worked in finance at The Walt Disney Company and in investment banking at Robertson Stephens, Thomas Weisel Partners and Dain Rauscher Wessels.

Roghair received a bachelor’s degree from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.
