Randy Yang is a director in the services & industrials investment banking group and leads the distribution practice at Â鶹´«Ã½. Yang has over 15 years of experience advising private equity-owned, family/founder-owned and publicly-traded companies in M&A, strategic advisory, equity and debt financing transactions. He has advised distribution companies across a broad range of industries and end market verticals.

Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2021, Yang spent 10 years with Robert W. Baird’s industrial investment banking group, where he worked on a variety of M&A and capital-raising assignments for industrial companies. Yang began his career in the audit practice at Deloitte & Touche as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.

Yang received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
