Rita Wang is a managing director in the healthcare investment banking group at Â鶹´«Ã½ Sandler focused on the biopharmaceuticals sector

She has successfully advised healthcare clients on more than 140 transactions, with aggregate transaction value exceeding $35 billion. Her experience spans a full range of investment banking activities, including both public and private equity, equity-linked and debt financings as well as M&A advisory. Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2015, Wang was a vice president in the healthcare investment banking group at RBC Capital Markets, where she spent nine years focused primarily on biopharmaceutical companies.

Wang holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California – San Diego.
