Ryan Schlitt
Ryan Schlitt is a managing director and the global head of the private capital advisory group, Aviditi Advisors at Â鶹´«Ã½.
Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, Schlitt served as chief executive officer & co-founder of Aviditi Advisors. After its founding in 2019, Aviditi Advisors grew from a start-up to a global organization with over 55 people and offices in New York, London, Dallas and Munich prior to its acquisition by Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2024. Schlitt has more than 24 years of financial services experience as a founder, CEO or senior management member of the leading private capital advisory groups at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse Securities and Aviditi Advisors. Schlitt has originated, executed, distributed or been a member of teams that have completed more than 500 capital raises and secondary transactions, aggregating to nearly $600 billion.
Schlitt received a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
