Sydney Burnett is a vice president in the special district group at �鶹��ý, specializing in the monetization of municipal utility district (“MUD”) reimbursements, tax increment and other special district financing.

Burnett joined the firm out of graduate school where she earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University. Burnett also earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Iowa State University.
