Tripp Griffin is co-head of services & industrials investment banking and a managing director at Â鶹´«Ã½ with nearly two decades of middle market experience. Griffin focuses on advising private equity firms, family-owned businesses and corporate clients in mergers & acquisitions transactions. He is a senior member of the Â鶹´«Ã½ business & industrial services team and has diverse experience across subsectors, including commercial/facility services, route-based services, security, field maintenance, environmental, utility services and safety/compliance services.

Griffin spent six years with Edgeview Partners prior to its acquisition by Â鶹´«Ã½. He previously served on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Navy and participated in numerous overseas contingency operations. He initially deployed aboard a destroyer in direct response to the events of September 11, 2001 and subsequently focused on expeditionary anti-terrorism as commander of a Guam-based mobile security detachment that deployed throughout Southeast Asia.

Griffin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
