Vini Phillips is a director in the Â鶹´«Ã½ healthcare investment banking group with significant experience advising medical technology companies on M&A and equity transactions. Phillips works with clients across a full range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A for private and public companies, corporate divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, follow-ons, strategic advisory, private debt & equity placement and convertible debt financing.

Phillips joined Â鶹´«Ã½ from Wells Fargo’s energy group where he focused on investment grade credit opportunities in the power and utilities sector.

Phillips graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor’s degree in business law.
