As broker, we assist our clients with placing loans they cannot or do not desire to carry on their balance sheets with other banks interested in the lending opportunity.

As introducing broker, our services include the placement of brokered CDs in secondary market transactions (versus new issue or primary brokered CD transactions). The secondary market for brokered CDs is not as efficient as primary transactions, and Loan Strategies is conversant with the dynamics associated with soliciting interest and assigning these liabilities. Given the approval and transaction related requirements of assigning brokered CDs (both callable and non-callable), Loan Strategies can help clients successfully navigate this process.
