Transaction Summary

On October 1, 2025, CNO Financial Group (NYSE: CNO) (“CNO”) acquired a strategic minority interest in Victory Park Capital Advisors (“VPC”). CNO committed a minimum of $600 million in capital commitments to new and existing VPC investment strategies. Janus Henderson Group (NYSE:JHG) (“JHG”) remains the majority owner of VPC. Pacific Current Group (ASX: PAC) sold a portion of its ownership in VPC in the transaction.
