On December 1, 2025, Rithm Capital Corp. (鈥淩ithm鈥), a global asset manager, announced the completion of its acquisition of Crestline Management, L.P. (鈥淐restline鈥). Post-transaction, Rithm is comprised of $98 billion in investable assets, consisting of $45 billion of assets on balance sheet and approximately $53 billion in assets under management, powered by 200 investment professionals.
